Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and traffic to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Implement effective pricing and promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition, and retention, and increase average order value;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools with the ability to perform data manipulation and cleaning, as well as utilizing formulas, functions, pivot tables, and charts for comprehensive data analysis;
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
